  • Family or translator welcome Bring someone if it helps If you would feel more comfortable with a family member, friend, or a family member translating, please bring them. We work with long-time Adelaide residents and families across SA whose first language is not English.

We do not pass your phone or email to any other business. We do not add you to a marketing newsletter without asking. Your contact information is used to book and run the visit, then kept privately for our own records.

ID at the visit, not on the form

You do not need to send us ID to book. On the day, we will ask for a driver's licence or passport, the same ID a bank would ask for. ID details are kept privately. Full policy at /privacy-policy/ once it ships.

Sharon attends most visits alongside Chris, and Dylan steps in when Sharon is not available or rides along on the longer drives. If you would feel more comfortable with a family member or friend present as well, please bring them.
